Driver in storage shelf design standards

Driver in storage rack is the forklift into the out of the shelf, the tray unit for storage operations of the assembly rack. 3. The basic size of the entry-type shelf design is the pallet-oriented tray width dimension, which is one of the important parameters of the entry-type shelf design, which directly affects the other dimensions of the shelf and the operable space of the forklift;

W1 is the effective distance of the forklift, directly determine the width of the forklift body (usually forklift body width is less than W1-100mm);

W2 is the distance between the center lines of the adjacent two columns;

W3 is the effective length of the cantilever; the greater the length, the greater the bending torque of the column, the same specifications of the pillar bearing capacity of the smaller, that is, the impact of cargo, the general W3 ≥ 210mm;

W4 for the tray in the cantilever mounted on the size, related to the tray access to the security process, the general W4 ≥ 130mm;

W5 is the gap between the goods and the column, affecting the safety of the goods on the column and the general W5 ≥ 75mm.
