Upright frames for shelf combination
Upright frames for shelves can vary in their size and their design depending on the load requirement like the loading beams. The most common upright column on the market is produced by roll forming flat coil stock steel into a modified “c” shape with returns. The upright frames will have holes or slot punched into the frame during the manufacturing process, this is done so the loading beams can be mounted into the upright columns.
Diagonal and horizontal frame bracers
These are usually bolted between two upright columns to create upright frames. On some of the systems the braces are also welded to the upright.
